The collaboration of DEDA and EDA THESS is expanding with the aim of implementing best practices for the operation of natural gas distribution networks in Greece for the benefit of consumers.
The synergy between the two companies started in April 2020 when the Service Level Agreement for the provision of services related to the support of DEDA in the development, operation, and maintenance of gas distribution networks in areas of Northern Greece.
The success of this collaboration created new perspectives. The Management of the two companies signed on 1/11/2020 a new Agreement for the extension of the provided operation services of the gas distribution networks in areas of Southern Greece.
Objective of the cooperation is the exchange of know-how and good practices to enhance the level of safety and reliability of natural gas infrastructure in the Greece and the effective and immediate response to any emergency.
The CEO of DEDA, Marios Tsakas stated in this regard: "Our priority is the continuous upgrade of our services and the optimal operation of the gas distribution networks in Greece. The expansion of the cooperation between DEDA and EDA THESS is also moving in this direction. We exchange expertise and good practices in order to maximize the benefits for the consumers. We believe in synergies between parties with complementary features sharing a common vision and we believe that only positive results can be brought".
For his part, the General Manager of EDA THESS, Leonidas Bakouras noted: "We believe that the expansion of cooperation with DEDA creates increasing added value to our shareholders and society.
