Exalco SA, one of the largest aluminum industries in Greece, seeks the continuous development and progress of the services provided.
Recently, a new modern unit for electrostatic painting was installed and in this context, a meeting was held between the General Manager of EDA THESS, Mr. Leonidas Bakouras and the President of Exalco Industry, Mr. Ioannis Kantonias.
The new facility, located in a building of 4,500 m2 with a total thermal power of 1,000,000 kcal/h and a total electrical power of 720,000 Kcal/h, provides the ability to process 11,000 tons of aluminum per year.
The unit meets all the standards and required certifications of the aluminum industry and is fully automated and innovative - an investment of € 3million, which is based on privately owned plots by a constantly growing company.
The new unit of the industry was supplied with natural gas, increasing the distributed quantities in the area of the License of EDA THESS.
The total Annual Distributed Quantities of the industry are expected to be increased by 23% and exceed 3,500,000 m3 per year with the addition of the new innovative plant.
