The E-Contract app, enables consumers to conclude their Connection Contract in 4 simple steps:
After it is verified that the customer’s premises can be connected to natural gas, the consumer is informed by EDA THESS on the required documents and receives the connection quote.
The consumer submits the relevant documents electronically on the following special online platform, filling out the unique number of the connection quote.
EDA THESS checks the documents and schedules the remote and contactless signing of the Connection Contract.
The consumer receives (by courier delivery) the Connection Contract to be signed, by email, without visiting the Customer Service Offices.
