Natural Gas Connection Contract

Once an application is approved, the interested party or a person legally authorized by him/her, may enter into the Gas Connection Contract within the validity period of the quote. (Click here to view the Standard Connection Contract).

The conclusion of the Contract with the Company is carried out at the Customer Service Office, upon delivery of the necessary supporting documents, including the receipt of the Connection Fees payment to one of the banks designated by the Company, the written authorization submitted by the interested party for the execution of the necessary works on behalf of the owner or the person authorized to manage the property or, in any other case, of the person having legal right to issue such authorization, as well as any other documents stipulated by Law. 

The interested party then signs the Contract and receives a copy, along with an information leaflet on the proper and safe use of natural gas.
